PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES 2024 AND FOR 2025

CONFIRMATIONS & PAYMENTS FOR FIT

PASSENGERS Reservations made 120 days or more before cruise departure date:
• It requires a down payment of 10% of the tour cost to secure booking. This payment must be received maximum up to 7 days after the reservation is made.
• An additional deposit of 40% of the tour cost must be done up to 90 days before cruise departure date.
• Remaining 50% of the tour cost must be done up to 60 days before cruise departure date.

Reservations made between 119 and 91 days before cruise departure date:
• It requires a down payment of 10% of the tour cost to secure booking. This payment must be received maximum up to 7 days after the reservation is made.
• Remaining 90% of the tour cost must be done up to 60 days before cruise departure date.

Reservations made between 90 and 61 days before cruise departure date:
• It requires a down payment of 30% of the tour cost to secure booking. This payment must be received maximum up to 7 days after the reservation is made.
• Remaining 70% of the tour cost must be done up to 60 days before cruise departure date.

Reservations made between 60 and 0 days before cruise departure.
• It requires an immediate payment of 100% of the total tour cost to secure booking.

CANCELATIONS & PENALTIES FOR FI T’S

• From confirmation date up to 91 days prior to cruise departure date have a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made between 90 and 61 days before the cruise departure date have a cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days prior to cruise departure date have a cancellation fee of 75% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 0 days before the cruise departure date have a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost.

DISCOUNTS AND SUPPLEMENTS:

• In the Anahi Yacht can travel children of any age, but caring for their physical integrity and their welfare depend and is the sole responsibility of the child's parents.
• Children under 12 years, receive a discount of 20% of the normal rate.
• The supplement for single occupancy is 70% of the regular rate.
• For charters if the guiding services are requested to be in another language other than English and / or Spanish, then a daily supplement of us$150. - will apply (we can provide guides in French, Italian and German).

• Remaining 50% of the charter cost must be done up to 60 days before cruise departure date.

• It requires a down payment of 10% of the charter cost to secure booking. This payment must be received maximum up to 7 days after the reservation is made.
• An additional deposit of 40% of the charter cost must be done up to 90 days before cruise departure date.
• Remaining 50% of the tour cost must be done up to 60 days before cruise departure date.

• Cancellations made up to 150 days or more prior to the cruise departure, have a cancellation fee of us $200 - per person.
• Cancellations made between 149 and 120 days before the cruise departure date have a cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter cost.
• Cancellations made between 119 and 60 days before the cruise departure date have a cancellation fee of 60% of the total charter cost.
• Cancellations made between 59 and 0 days before the cruise departure date have a cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter cost.
